Members added by someone external?

I just got about 14 emails indicating new members pending approval.
Sure enough, I can see them in my Admin console.
Problem is I didn't enter them, and I don't know who they are.
Is there anything you guys can do to audit how they got there???

Otherwise I'm going to delete them and change the website's password.

Have you shared the admin password?
Did you give access to the membership application?

I have never shared the site password. Not sure I've given anyone membership access... but noone in the club would do that. These "members" are not anyone that have applied.

1) I have reset the admin password and sent it to the registered admin email.
2) You have allowed the President, Treasurer and VPM to access the Membership management.
Angela accessed the site recently i suggest you ask her.

Only my VPE (besides myself) has membership access, and he hasn't logged in for 9 days (according to the log frame)
Another issue, I cannot delete these entries because they have not replied to the Opt-In (I wouldn't)

I checked your site and I listed the people with access.
