Members added by someone external?

Thank you. I had changed the admin password myself last night.... I wondered why I could not get back in.
I am also the Pres and Treasurer. But I was mistaken in the VPM not VPE has access. She is unlikely to do that, but someone might have hacked her. I will speak with her, but I still have an issue of not being able to remove these.

I used the membership management, and selected the people with lines through them and selected delete from the pull down, they are all deleted
