One of the club members is having issues logging in, she sent me the following details;
What happens is:
- I go to the site and click on Member Login;
- I enter my login & get a message saying my password is invalid, so then
- I login with the password field blank, to prompt the password reset email to be sent; then
- I click on the link in the password reset email, and get taken to the website again, with the reset password pop-up window;
- When I try to reset my password, I get an "invalid password" message (see attached screen shot), but it doesn't tell me why it's invalid.
- I'm able to click the "Close" button for the pop-up window, without actually resetting my password, and access the site.

I sent her the directions to reset her cookie setting (attached), but she said the same issue is still happening.
