We are receiving multiple emails

Whenever a new member approves his addition to the website or receives a welcome email, we receive a notification email. This is great, but we are receiving each email 3 times. How do I figure out why we are receiving the other 2 copies? Since the new member is copied on the email, I'm assuming they are also receiving 3 copies.

We previously had the email address in the archive box. I removed it but that didn't help. Email screenshot attached.

Your website settings have those email going to the admin email address, does it have forwarders on it?

Not that I'm aware of. I've checked my Outlook Rules and there are none set up for this email address. Our Admin email address is the one receiving the 3 copies.

We are only sending one copy to Toastmasters@SEPTA.org, there are 3 different emails sent,
1) copy of request to approve (no links)
2) when request approved (Yeah they did it)
3) copy of the welcome

OK, thanks for checking. We are receiving 3 of the "NAME Approved their Addition to SEPTA Toastmasters Club Website" and 3 of the "Welcome to the SEPTA Toastmasters club website". I'll reach out to my IT department and see if they can figure it out.
