FREE TOAST HOST

CUT 3-666595
Good afternoon, My name is Debra Blackmon-Parrish, ALB, the 2018-2019 Club President. This is the second email I have sent you regarding the password to our "Free Toast Host' website.
Carolyn Arthur DTM has been one of the past presidents and still is our VPE. I write this letter because it is almost November and she is still REFUSING to give me the password. I sent emails, text messages, had one-on-one meetings and talk to her over the phone many times
She even told me that as the VPE she is the only person who is supposed to have it. I iterated to her that was not true. I tried to discuss this matter with her over the phone again this morning and she hung up on me.
Since Carolyn Arthur has refused to co-operate in this matter, I have been advised to write to you and request a new password to be set up OR have the site shut down, rebooted and set up a new password.
Please contact me regarding this matter as soon as possible because of Carolyn Arthur's interference with the progression of our Club and the business that needs to be conducted.

You are having an internal club issue and we cannot get involved.
All club issues are the presidents responsibility., including the club website. The club president can delegate the running of the club website to whoever they want, including non members.

As per the Toastmasters governing document
www.toastmasters.org/leadership-central/...IDutiesofOfficers345
Public Relations
Article VII duties of officers
Vice President Public Relations

Section 4
The vice president public relations is the fourth ranking club officer and is responsible for developing and directing a publicity program that informs individual members and the general public about Toastmasters International. The vice president public relations chairs the public relations committee.
article VIII
Section 5
The public relations committee shall arrange the preparation and dissemination of news releases regarding this club’s activities and educational programs and shall also promote opportunities for community participation in Toastmasters International’s learning programs. It shall also be responsible for all internal publications of this club, including the club website, social media, and newsletter.

Please follow these directions.
Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

I would also suggest your read the articles on removal of an officer

Resignation or Removal

Section 7
Any officer of this club may resign, provided that any such resignation must be made in writing and delivered to the club president or club secretary. Unless any such resignation is, by its terms, effective on a later date, it shall be effective on delivery to such club officer, and no acceptance by this club shall be required to make it effective. Any officer of this club may be removed from office at any time, with or without cause, by majority vote of all active individual members present and voting at a business meeting of this club.
