How do I view the members attending and requested roles for future meetings?

This is from Shantha Mohan @ Early Risers 2117 club.
I would like the members to use the form on the website to state their availability and role preference, but I am unable to see the member's responses in one place, on one screen.

Please help.

Look at the Meeting Reports and select the Meeting Attendance Report. Future meetings are also listed
The Forward Role Planner will show who has signed up for roles.

The icons are at the top of each agenda
