We have a new member, Michael Machtan. When I enter him on the member roster he has a line through him. He never got an e-mail to authenticate. How do we get an e-mail to go to him to authenticate. His e-mail is correct on Toasthost.

1) yes he received the authenticate email on Oct 10

2) You can resend the opt-in authentication email using the member management pull down and select the resent opt-in
