Problems Adding New Users to our website

I am having problems adding new members to our website. When we add the user, their names are crossed out with a line going through their names.

Is there a reason for that. Please see the attachment to see what I am talking about.
Is there a remedy for this problem.
Our website address is trilliumtoastmasters.org

Please read the following thread: support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...nagement-must-opt-in

This is intended behavior and will not be changed. In order to comply with new privacy regulations, new members must now click the accept link in the opt-in email that is automatically sent to them when they are added. Once they have done that, you will be able to fully utilize them and assign them to meeting roles.
