Hi There:

Just to let you know, we are having problems adding new members to our website. We are able the new user's names, but when you go to the administrator console Membership Management part, their names has a line across it.
Is there a way to remedy this problem.

Please read the following thread: support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...nagement-must-opt-in

This is intended behavior and will not be changed. In order to comply with new privacy regulations, new members must now click the accept link in the opt-in email that is automatically sent to them when they are added. Once they have done that, you will be able to fully utilize them and assign them to meeting roles.
