Greetings,
I have attempted several times this morning to log into the FTH site for Club #6970723 - Educationally Speaking. I've had no success logging in as an individual member or as the Administrator. I entered the information as normal (my name appears on the member drop-down as seen on Screenshot #1 attached), and clicked "Authenticate / Login." The page then refreshed, but I was still not logged in; it looked the same as when I first navigated to it.
I attempted the password reset option by leaving the password field blank and clicking "Authenticate / Login." I received an authentication email and clicked the link. The link took me to the club website, but the popup window to create a new password indicated there was an error (as seen in Screenshot #2 attached). The "Set Password" button was grayed out and remained so even when I entered a password in both fields.
I closed the browser tab with the club website, cleared the cache again and repeated the steps above with the same results. The same basic thing happened with the Administrator login too. I tried logging into my other club websites with no issues. It seems to be a problem with this specific club's site, not my browser.
- When did your issue 1st occur? Just a few minutes ago (around 11:00 a.m. PDT)
- What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Mac OS Mojave version 10.14, Google Chrome browser version 69.0.3497.100
- Did you refresh your browser cache? Yes, i cleared the cache and cookies, and used the "Click here to reload the site from the server" option at the bottom of the page.
- Are your cookies enabled? Yes
