I have a registered club member who has forgotten their password. When they click the " forgot your password" icon, they get an email that simply directs them back to the club website. How can this member actually re-set their password? They have been logged in before. Thanks

To have their password reset for the club website they enter their name and click authorize. Login and NO password.
