Problem with website/Left side of webpage missing

Hello,
Can our website be reset to the original format? The entire left side of the website is missing. This is the section where the members only section should be. I am the VPE of the club and I would like to use the website for the agendas and role sign ups.

Your website admin needs to enable All Members Only Features (in the Appearance Tab of the Admin Console)
