Pathways Project Time Requirements Update - Managing a Difficult Audience

I know there have been other threads addressing updates to Pathways Projects on the agenda, but the ones I reviewed were locked for further comments.

I have a member who is about to present the Managing a Difficult Audience Project and is confused about the timing. She is to prepare and present a 5-7 minute speech, but she also must handle audience disruptions. According to the project guidelines she has 10-15 minutes to both present her speech and pause to handle disruptions.

On the agenda, it says the timing requirements are 5-7 minutes, but based on the project that is for the speech only and isn't including time needed to handle disruptions.

I have attached the evaluation resource for this project as support.

Can this please be updated for the agendas?

The times listed in the projects are comments and do not affect the length of time on the Agenda, never has.
We can change the comment but the VPED will have to change the timing on the agenda.

Let me clarify . . .

I am talking about the time requirements that are listed in parentheses next to the project name in the drop down list.

But nevermind anyway. I just pulled up the website to screenshot what I am talking about and it now says 10-15 minutes. I don't know if that was changed (based on your comment below) or if I was looking at a different project with a similar name.
