when I attempt to access using the following URL: art.toastmastersclubs.org/ I receive the following error message:

Software error:

Can't modify constant item in scalar assignment at /var/www/cgi-bin/agenda_db.pl line 840, near "$attachments,"
BEGIN not safe after errors--compilation aborted at /var/www/cgi-bin/agenda_db.pl line 1141.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
