Cannot login??? Recurring problem - Urgent as I am VPE

The above message keeps getting sent to me? I have not been able to log in as administrator or member for a week or so now - can you please assist? I am unsure why this has stopped working?

If they are enabled please advise what browser you're using (e.g. Chrome, IE11, MS Edge.... )

Yes thank you I have cookies enabled and am in Chrome - same browser I have successfully used last few years?

Is the link in the email you receive all on one line or does it wrap onto two lines? If so try expanding the width of your email. Send yourself a new link and try again. Close your browser / website before clicking on the link.
