Unable to login as member or admin

Hi team
I am having trouble logging in as either a member or administrator of 4527937 Sunnynook Toastmasters.
I am not having the same issue with other sites I am a member/admin of.
When I attempt to log in I am not being asked about cookies, the screen refreshes as normal but when it returns I am still presented with the two "Login as ...."buttons

Your help will be appreciated

Are the login buttons greyed out as though you haven't yet accepted the policy?
Have you tried refreshing (click "reload website from server" at the bottom of the page)

You might need to clear your cache if that doesn't work.

Neither login button is greyed out. Pressing either of them brings up the appropriate login dialog. I can enter my credentials and the dialog goes away and the home page refreshes just like normal but I am not logged in.
Yes, I have tried reloading the page via the link at the foot of the page

The only unusual thing is that I qm not asked to accept the cookie policy. This is unusual because I am invariably asked to accept the policy for every other FTH site I deal with, every time I login.

Try clearing your cookies / cache.
