Can't Access Club Web Site

I"m a new member and I haven't been able to access my club web site. I don't have administrative authority to change access, but my club isn't sure what to do to resolve the problem. I'm told that my email address has been registered with the site, but my name does not appear when I type my email address on the club member login page. Is there anyone who can help resolve this issue?

I checked and you have been added, you need to type more than 4 characters or use your email address for the system to present your name
