Hi,
We have a new member Jacqueline McFadyen and her email address is jacquelinemcf@gmail.com. She has been registered with Toastmaster International(TI) and able to login to the TI website. We also see her in the TI roster. But, she has 2 issues.
1. She is not receiving the email when we send emails to the club group email members-6375@toastmastersclubs.org.
2. She is not able to login our club website as a member 6375.toastmastersclubs.org .
Can you please help to resolve this issue?

No one has added Jacqueline McFadyen to your club website.
We are not Toastmasters International, there is no link between FTH and Toastmasters.org there is no data sharing.

Your site admin should be adding the new members. If you are the site admin you need to read the documentation on this site, it will tell you what you need to know.
