Admin Access

I am the Site Administrator for club 6104644. When I try to login as site admin I am told I am using either the wrong club number or the password is incorrect. I've tried 'forgot password' but did not the password reset eMail.
Can you assist?
Member access is working.
Toastmasters international Find a club/club contact is set to our VP Of Membership.
FYI this is a club that is about to charter (hooray!).

That might be the problem then. I am very confident that there are no members of Macomb Motivators 6104644 named Paul Faust. I'm also very confident that there is no member named Paul Faust in District 28 (SE Michigan, NW Ohio and Windosor Ontario). I originally requested creation of the FTH website for Macomb Motivators and am the VP of Education for the club. Our VP of Membership - John Fortin is listed as the contact in club contact. What can I do to get this corrected? FYI, we are not yet chartered, but expect to do so by the end of the year.
