Admin Access

Hello. I am having the same problem for club 01214455. Can you please help?

What is the exact problem you are having. You are listed as the site admin.

Hi Brian:

I forgot my password for the web site (as a site admin). I clicked on "forgot password" and got an email. It says "Here is your login key:" I click on it, it takes me back to my web page but I still have no way of logging in. I can't get to the admin console unless I log in.

The email link automatically logs you in when you click on it. When you get to the webpage just click the "Launch Admin Console" button and the console should open. Select the Administrator tab to update your password

I thought so too but it didn't. When the web site pulls up, there is no button that I can see that says "launch admin console." The only way I could find to reach the console is to login as admin.

Logout as member and close your browser before clicking the email link you've just received.
