Opt in is not working

A new member received an optin notification. He selected the appropriate optins, however, he is still showing crossed out on the freetoasthost site. We've attempted to re optin and the same issue still remains. How do I get this new member to show up on our site?

1) with out your club number we can't do anything.

2) You need to tell us which member, a first name halps a lot.
