The evaluation form for Presentation Mastery (L3 elective) Deliver Social Speeches #2 (3-4 min) is missing. I have confirmed in Chrome, IE, FireFox and Safari for clubs 580, 2465 and 794497.

Steve,
After a bit of research, the evaluation form for Deliver Social Speeches #2 is included in Deliver Social Speeches #1.
Speech #1 uses pages 1, 2 and 5 and Speech #2 uses pages 3, 4 and 5.

It is attached.
