Website DNS

Hi,

Our club purchased a new website www.watersedgetoastmasters.com and I followed the instructions on this forum and in the administrator settings but I must admit I did have some difficulty and tried multiple times to get it to work but I believe I have done everything correctly now. From what I have read on the forums I may have overloaded the system trying to connect it to the new website and was asking if it could be reset?

The website I'm trying to connect it too is:
1592774.toastmastersclubs.org/

If I'm missing anything please let me know.

Thanks,
Bruce.

watersedgetoastmasters.com is not broadcasting any Zone A records from the DNS

Please read the documentation and ensure you have the 3 Zone A records we require and the 1 MX record
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

A domain.ext 50.19.253.65
A www.domain.ext 50.19.253.65
A mail.domain.ext 50.19.253.65
MX 10 mail.domain.ext

You can see what DNS records are being broadcasted via the following:
www.digwebinterface.com/?hostnames=water...8.8.4.4&nameservers=

We need at least the DNS records that Brian references to show up in the dig information. "dig" is the tool that we use to determine what DNS records have been set for a particular domain. The FTH system also uses it.

The system will not allow you to store your new domain name in the admin console until you have set the DNS records correctly.
