5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

That has to be done by your website admin. The setting is on the Appearance tab of the admin console

Additionally, at least one of your members must make their member profile public for it to be available. You cannot force your members profile to be public, they must make them public themselves.

My suggestion is to circulate directions to your members on how make their profiles public.
