Issue with Accented Letters in Meeting Notes

The Meeting Notes section of the agenda seems to have a problem with accented letters. Accented letters in people's names are replaced with symbols once the web page is refreshed.

This used to be an issue with the content of the Meeting Notes field as well but apparently this has been fixed recently. However, the issue still exists with people's names listed above the field (see example attached). The person's name looks fine upon clicking on "Update Meeting Notes" but becomes garbled after the web page is refreshed.

This issue has not been observed with the rest of the agenda. Only the Meeting Notes section seems to have that issue.
