No one in club is getting emails

Hi,
A couple of months ago, we ran into sudden issues and no one could figure out what went wrong. We had a sudden broken link between our ToastHost page and our domain name. We called our domain name provider and got it worked out on their end and it is now working, but no one can figure out the original cause of issue.

Around the same time, our members stopped receiving emails sent from outside email servers. For example, if someone goes to the website and sends an email asking for information, all the proper people receive the email. However, if I wanted to send something to my fellow officers or members from my hotmail server, it will not go through. It is not just me, it is all the officers and we all use different email servers. I also had the GoDaddy representative try to send me a test email and it did not go through. It will only be received if sent directly from and through the website. I was going to try to buy the email names until I just realized that they are provided through you. So we need help! Thank you so much for your time and resolution.

1) what is your club number without it we can't see anything

2) always be specific and detailed in your explanation, i.e. we need the domain name you are referring to.

3) if your didn't follow the directions for setting up your domain and mx records at the domain registrar, our server will not receive the email.

It was working as we followed any and all directions. It was working fine until one day it just didn't. I called our domain provider and was on the phone for at least an hour as he tried several things to fix any broken links, settings, etc. Finally, he said that maybe the email names themselves were expired and needed to be repurchased, which we were going to do until I realized that they are provided through you. Again, I realized today that the emails work when sent directly through the website, just not through any other server.

you are missing the mail Zone A record for the MX to work.

mail.speakingclub.org. IN A 50.19.253.65

Ok, is that something then that I change in my domain settings? Or something I change in the admin of the Toasthost website?

The mail zone A record has to be added at the domain registrar as per the instructions I posted above.
