Hello!! First, thank you for your support of the Toastmasters clubs!!

Recently, we have had a very hard time accessing our club site: 730toastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/

It either loads very slowly, not at all. We have 10+ new members who are not able to access the site currently. There was a small window yesterday when we got in around 4pm, but since this AM, we cannot get in.

Also, one odd thing is that when we can get in - the "Log-in" button is not able to be clicked right away. We have to click "Home" first, then the button will activate the user name and password credentials. We manage thru it, but just an odd thing. Not sure if it is common among other clubs...?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!!

Best,
Kelly Fox

Your site loads fine for me.

What kind of device are you using, what OS.
Are you at work using your work network?

Hi Brian - thank you for getting back. I tried several solutions:

1. Work Dell Laptop, connected to the VPN, using W10
a. Cleared cache for IE, Chrome, FF and Edge before accessing - no luck
2. Tried on my personal Dell home computer (W10) at same time - no luck

I also have a ticket open with my support team to see if there is anything internally blocking. However, I doubt it, as the headers load, just not the main page (per the image attached in the original submission). And, since we had no issues loading the page for the past few years... I thought I would start with FTH!!

Again, thanks for any further insight.

Best,
Kelly

Brian:

This is a user caused content issue. Check developer console you can see a JavaScript error. (I see it in Chrome.) The catch is that it is JavaScript that the user has inserted into the home page content. If you access admin console via directions page, you can see the user inserted script in home page Source view.

kfox:

We specifically say that we do not support user JavaScript in content. If you are going to put scripts in your content, you need to know what you are doing, rather than expecting us to fix your problems you create every time. :thumbsdn:

The meetup button is breaking the secure certificate.

Oh wow - is there a way to fix it?

That security cert is most likely what is causing the sporadic availability of the page.

Thanks,
Kelly
