Cannot create agenda

We are having trouble creating a new agenda. When we try to create one using a template, we get a "Data Transfer Error" (see the attached screenshot), and when we try to create one from scratch, we get a different error that reads "Your save was NOT successful". We've reproduced these issues on multiple machines and in various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and reloading the website from the server also doesn't work. Please help, and thank you in advance!!!

We cannot create or edit agendas as well. Just want to be on the string for activity and resolution. Thanks.

I was able to create agendas after using the link at the bottom of the agendas webpage, Reload this website from server.

Everyone should be fine now.
