Cannot create agenda

Hello,

We are having issues with our saved templates carrying over while trying to create new agendas for future dates. I have clicked the link at the bottom of our website to reload website from server but still unable to use our saved template. We were able to use the templates all the up to June 12th. However unable to use the same template for any future dates after that. We may have completed those dates prior to the update/changes done this past week.
