Quick Add Member - Error

This is Club 1979
I receive an error which I had not last week when using quick add for adding a new member. I am unable to add new member to site. Please advise. The error pop up shows after the new notification displays. I am using Windows 10. I tried Google Chrome and IE11

Error shows Data Transfer Error
Javascript Function = Membership[Save]
Satus = error
Error=

We are having same error too. Both, the 'quick add' or single line add are not working.

Also having the same error (not able to add via single line or quick add). Guess I'm not the only one right now. I was able to add members about a week ago no problem. Thanks in advance!

We updated our MySQL database engine today to the latest available version.
Apparently, there was a change in the way the engine works that we were not anticipating--Brian has made a settings change to address this. (Brian comes to our rescue, once again!
