Website down due to mysql error: bad DEVICID in Hit Counter--it's too long.

Hi!

Our Club #4172 website, capitol.toastmastersclubs.org/ , is down. It worked for me and others after I edited it several days ago, but today it does not work.

The error message is below.

Thanks for your help; I'm hoping to drive a dozen people to this website this week.
