I tried embedding a YouTube video on the club's home page and now a visit to the site starts the video automatically. No controls or other links are accessible. How can I get back into to the admin pages to fix it?

I resolved this by launching one of the secondary pages rather than the home page, the logging in as Admin and fixing the offending link.
