Reset Site Adimin Password

Hello
One of my clubs cannot reset the site Admin Password, 6931229.toastmastersclubs.org .
We have tried in both IE and Chrome.
We have tried it on two different laptops,
two different service providers, so not lock out issues within the company,
and we reset the web page before each request.

If I try the process for club #4802158 the reset works just as it should.

Is there any reason why it should not work for #6931229? Is there a trick we are missing?

Yes, it is going to her email address - we did a 20-minute zoom call and we tried to reset the admin password all different ways - I'm the club mentor - but it never unlocks the Site Admin for her.

Is she entering a password that conforms to the password rules?

Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length and contain both letters and numbers, and may also contain any of the following: _~!@#\$&*-+=

What is the error that is presented to her?
