iReset Site Adimin Password

I am unable to change the password for admin. I try to change it and every time it tells me that I have logged off as soon as I finish the steps to change the password .

Please help . Very frustrated

Try going to very bottom of the page and click on link: (Click here to reload website from server.) It is very small.
Then try again.

I was able to send you a change password link from your site.

please check your browser cookie settings, read this doc.

If that does not help clear your browser cookies and browser cache.

no matter what I do i get this response every time i try to change the password. is there anyway to reset the account from your end
