Difficulties with sending Meeting Agenda's to members

Sinds Friday, 1st of February, we are experiensing this: everytime we want to send agenda to members it takes a long time and it seems like nothing is happening - we just see a "wheel circling". You can wait a long time. nothing happens. And then you push "close" and the a mistake pops up - "error agenda something etc.)". You try again and again. And, finally, you see that everybody has gotten that letter already 3-4 times (you also see many same letters in your own mail box). I am sorry I can't now give you an exact text of the error message, overwise members will get another letter after previous 8. I will try to be back in the evening.

Please, help us to solve this?

Club number is 2659 (1960 North Houston Toastmasters Club)

I did some testing but did not see any issue... It can take a bit if you are sending emails to a lot of members. The code essentially waits for the sending to complete.

We would need more details on what email settings you used, who you sent to, what the content of your message was, and whether you were logged in as admin and/or member.

My suggestion is to just send it to yourself only... does that still show a problem?
