Site administrator has invalid email address associated with website

Member says her request for password change is going to my invalid, old working email address. It is not part of my profile on TM International or on our club FreeToastHost website. When I clicked on forgot my password for site administrator, it listed 2 email addresses for me, but did not send an email to my correct email address.

Your problem sounds interesting but as you did not supply your club number or and detailed information we cannot assist you.

Club number is always required and at least a first name as we cannot guess which member you are referring to.

member: Patricia M she says when she tries to reset password she gets this email that another email is undeliverable. The email address that is undeliverable is my old work email address which has been removed from both our club website and TM International, as far as I know. It must have remnants in your system.

I just figured it out. I found the Launch Admin Console and changed my email address there. It has been so long that I forgot about it.

Should be fixed not the db had not been updated correctly. it is now. You shouldn't get the bounce message anymore.
