agendas in the multiple meeting signup sheet display N/A

Multiple meeting signup sheet displays N/A for roles that are assigned in the agendas. I can't find or correct this error. Objectivist Voices Toastmasters number 7111792. HELP

NOT AN ERROR.... Please read our docs!

Roles will show w/ N/A if the roles do not exist in agenda for the given meeting date. If you want those roles to exist, you need to add them to those meeting dates.

As well as the roles that don't exist, roles that are not marked "This is a role for which members can sign up" will also show as N/A. This setting can be used for roles such as President and SAA, as they are not usually roles for which any member can sign up.
