Dual Club Login Error

We just created a website for a fairly new club. One of our members is also a member of another established club. Once she created her new login and password information for the new website, she was no longer able to access the website of her other club. even after she changed her password. Could there be a problem using the same login and password for multiple websites hosted by you?
