Floater Message Not Working

Hi, I am from club 3499473, Stately Speakers, statelyspeakersdenver.toastmastersclubs.org/ .

I added a floater message for members but it is not showing up. I can see it when I click the test button once I added it. But it is not coming up for other members.

Please help

floater works fine. You set it in the members floater, it will only show to logged in members and only once a day.
