Website admin transfer change email link not working

Hi there,

I'm trying to take over admin access for club Blue Tahoe (#8115)'s website.

Both myself and the club contact get the admin change email, but when he tries to click on the URL, it gives him a message that the link could not be confirmed.

I've resent the request to him a few times, to no avail. Does anything need to be reset on the FTH side for this to work? (or do you have any other suggestions?)

Ask the contact to copy and paste the link into their browser. Some email clients are mangling the links.

Thank you, Brian. Indeed it seemed to be the case that the email link got garbled (see attached). The approver didn't know how much of it to actually copy/paste -- but after he sent it to me, I was able to play around with it to get it to work! Best, Ashley
