Issue with new Toastmaster club site

When I reset the password and login as admin -then after changing the password connect gives me this error.

Thanks, but I cant even login - whenever I tried resetting my password and got a key. Once I started changing the password and save. There is problem error in form - no error message. After I hit save. Then trying back to login again using the newly typed password, it says wrong password.

I have been experience every since I started build the site.

1) clear you cookies and browser cache
2) make sure your cookies are set as per this document.
