Unable to rest Admin password Club #

When I try to rest the password, I get a message saying I am not logged on. I think the issue is as follows:
I had given my work email address to you.
You send me a link to rest the password. However my employer sticks something on to the link. Please see below. Because the link is altered, when I click, your system doesn't like it. You give me a message saying I am not logged on. I was wondering whether you could send the password reset link to the registered email of the club. ( club # 7219299)

copy and past the text of the link not the mangled link.
The password was sent to the site admin email address that is the only email address we will send it to.
