Longtime members unable to log in

Hi there,

A couple of our club's (Toasters Digest, #714439) longtime members are frequently unable to log in. Please see the attached screenshot. Password resets aren't fixing this problem either.

Anyone know what is wrong? Thanks in advance for your time and help.

A couple of our club's (Toasters Digest, #714439) longtime members are frequently unable to log in. The message that pops up says "You must be added by the website administrator and have approved your addition to this website before logging in." (Please see the attached screenshot.)

This has happened to me when I try to log in as a member (not as the site administrator), and also happened to another member who has been with us since January 2018.

Do you know what is wrong? Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Are you typing your name, login or your email address in the login box?

Did you read this carefully when you entered the login ID in your user profile?

You can enter an username for logins if you prefer to use it rather than having your name shown for log ins. If you enter this, you must use it--your actual name will not be shown and will not be recognized.

I typed in my username. (My settings have a username. I do not use my actual name or my email address to log in.) I've asked the other member if she uses her name or her email address (she doesn't have a username for logins).

Hi Brian,

To clarify, this has been happening on and off. Login will not work for up to a day's time and then start working again the following day. (The other member told me something similar.) In my case, I think I've been experiencing the problem -- off and on -- for over a week.
