That is strange, as I deleted the syr.edu entry! Maybe someone else added it back. I just deleted it- again! There should only be the gmail entry.

Resend the opt-in email
Once the member has opted-in with the correct email. they should be able to log in.

Make sure they have their cookies setup properly.
