Member Name Grayed Out

Hi,

When I was trying to assign roles to people on the agenda as the admin, I see some of the member names were grayed out so I couldn't assign them any role. How can I fix that?

I figured out why. That person was marked as not-attending, so I couldn't assign roles to her.
