HELP I Fiddled with IFRAME and Can't Access Page Editor

Hi I inserted a TM video into my page, and then I was formatting the page around it. I deleted what I thought were "extra spaces" by using delete button but I must have done something to the Iframe in which the YOu Tube video is placed because after I saved, the YouTube grew to the size of my monitor and covered up my access to the edit the page button and the admin console. What do I do??? Thank you.
