Member crossed out

I have a similar issue with on relatively new member srossed out on the member list.
My guess is she hasnt approved the request to be added, but I suspect this may be accidental.

Can I resend her the approval email?

1) please don't jump on another post.

2) Yes use the pull down on the Admin console members pull down.
