Hi,
I've made 3 or 4 attempts to add a new member to our website. Usually I will see his name crossed out and then see an email in my inbox telling me that he has been sent an opt-in email. The usual pop up box reminding me that he will be sent the opt in does come up. I'm wondering if this is a temporary glitch? Thank you

That will happen if
1) they click decline in the email or
2) the email you have entered is invalid and bounces.

What is the persons name and email address.
