new admin - unable to reset password

Hi there!
I have checked every forum and thread and I can't figure out how to fix this. I am a new admin for World Toasters 1917, I have used the reset password link many times, and when I try to reset the password it tells me that I'm not logged in. I'm also not a registered member of the site and when I try to add myself it also says that I'm not logged in.

I've tried to reset the password for the admin and it tells me that "club not found". I try to get a login key and log in, but when I go to admin tools and go to member management I get the error message that I'm not logged in.

I have been trying this for weeks now, with no luck. Please help!

1) You have not been added as a member of club 1917, as site admin you will have to add yourself once you can access as admin.

2) You are set up as the site admin

3) looks like you are using a business computer, FTH requires that cookies be enabled. Also try from your home computer, companies sometimes lock down the computer pretty tight.
