Is FTH access to club websites working?

I am unable to access my FTH club websites. I belong to two clubs:
caesarrodney.toastmastersclubs.org
ppat.toastmastersclubs.org

Browser keeps spinning. The one time I did reach the home page of caesarrodneytoastmastersclubs.org website I could not go any further to public pages or login.
